Our Return Policy
If any item received from DICTOPRO does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days after you receive it.
If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, DICTOPRO will replace the product (with new or refurbished item) or refund your purchase. Note: We are able to provide you with a one-time replacement only within the product warranty period.
DICTOPRO company only accepts returns of products purchased directly from DICTOPRO official website or of orders made from Seller: Productech on Amazon.com. We cannot accept a return if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
Important Return Information
1. Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment used only. Kindly note, as we are not charging payments directly, it may take some time to proceed through the marketplace payment system (or banking system).
2. Expedited shipping is not refundable.
3. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable if the return isn't covered by the DICTOPRO Warranty statements.
4. In case warranty return was initiated later than 30 days after the delivery date, original shipping fee will not be refunded as the shipping service has been successfully provided.
5. In case of a non-defective item return, final refund amount may be reduced by up to 20% depending on the condition of the returned item.
How to Return an Item
1. In order to return the item, please Contact Us.
2. Our Customer Care will provide you with the prepaid shipping label along with the instructions of how to use it. As soon as the item is delivered to our warehouse, it will be inspected within 7 business days. After the full inspection we will proceed either with the item replacement or with the money refund.
DICTOPRO prepaid shipping label
Using a prepaid shipping label to return your item to DICTOPRO is easy! This label contains all the information about your order and return destination to make it easy for you!
The return shipping is prepaid (i.e. you will pay no postage upfront), however, its cost will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of a non-defective item return.
Using The prepaid shipping label
1. Contact our Customer Care team to get the label by clicking Contact Us.
2. Complete detach and enclose the return form with your item along with all original materials, such as the parts and paperwork that were included in your shipment.
3. Cover or remove all original shipping labels if you are returning your item in the original package.
4. Affix the pre-paid label directly to the outside of your return package.
5. Drop off your package at any local Post Office or postal location.
1. Do not use the box/package that weighs more than it's mentioned on the shipping label. If for some reason the parcel can't be sent with pre-paid weight, be ready to pay additional postage due at a post office when sending the parcel back. Otherwise, it will be refused by the receiving post office and returned back to the sender automatically.
2. The label is valid for 20 days only. Please use it in a timely manner; otherwise, it will be automatically voided.
Checking the Status of a Return
1. Track Your Package
If you used the provided shipping label to return your item(s), it will have a tracking number to check the return process.
2. Check Your Email
Once your return has been completely processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have processed your return along with the amount you have been refunded.

The Dictopro delivery is available only in the contiguous US. The delivery does not apply to international shipping, non-contiguous US, and state of California.
All orders placed through Dictopro.com are handled by the third-party fulfillment centers. All products are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. Some orders that have more than one item may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
Please note that there is no weekend service for most of the shipping services. Therefore, a package that leaves fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday.
Tracking number is available as soon as the order leaves fulfillment center. It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the forwarder's (shipping agent's) system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.Shipping transit time is based on the order destination, chosen shipping method (Standard or Expedited) and the weight of the whole order. DICTOPRO's shipping agreements do not allow to select a customer-preferred carrier. DICTOPRO select the best shipping method possible.
Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Up to two business days is required for orders processing.
Free Standard shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only within contiguous US.
Most standard shipments are delivered in 3-8 business days. Transit time depends on destination (state) and is counted from the shipping date (subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time).
Expedited shipping offer is available and can be chosen at check-out.
● for orders within contiguous US expedited delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the date of order shipment and costs $20.
Lost or damaged products
DICTOPRO is not responsible for any shipping delays and/or mistakes caused by providing wrong and/or insufficient shipping information (i.e. address or name). If you have any issues with tracking or receiving your product like the product is not delivered (stuck in transit showing no movement) or the tracking link shows the package as delivered, but you have not received the product yet, please let us know by clicking Contact Us.
Kindly note that we are able to investigate not delivered orders only within the next 60 days after the delivery date shown by tracking on the carrier site.If the package or product itself is delivered in damaged/dirty condition, please make the pictures of the package/box and the damaged product, and do let us know by clicking Contact Us.
Orders changes & cancellation
Request for order changing/cancellation can only be submitted on the same day the order was placed. If you want to cancel your recently placed order or you've entered the wrong address or want to modify it, please do Contact Us. Please note that:
● requests may not be approved because orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center when they are submitted and there are only a few hours to retrieve or change them;● if you've chosen a wrong quantity, unfortunately, we are not able to modify the order as soon as it is placed. In such a case, we can only cancel your order.
● EVERY BRAND-NEW DICTOPRO PRODUCT purchased directly from our official website or from Seller: Productech on Amazon.com is covered by a 1-year warranty.
● REFURBISHED items for sale have a 90-day warranty.
● The item can be replaced only once within the warranty period.
● THE WARRANTY PERIOD begins on the date of purchase.
● If the product is determined to be defective, DICTOPRO will replace the product (with new or refurbished item) or refund your purchase.

DICTOPRO undertakes the product replacement/refund if:
● the product doesn't work or is defective due to improper materials or workmanship;
● the product doesn't match the description or the photos;
● the product arrived with missing parts or accessories;
● the product arrived damaged;
● you received a wrong item.
The following cases ARE NOT covered by the DICTOPRO warranty:
● purchase of the product from unauthorised persons or shopping channels;
● minor faults in the quality of a product which do not affect the product's value or technical condition;
● faults resulting from improper use (e.g. mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, improper use); the proper use conditions are stated in the user's manual;
● damages or defects caused by normal wear and tear (scratches, attritions, abrasions etc.), extreme temperature or humidity;
● faults resulting from accidental or intended damage;
● any modification of DICTOPRO products made by you or a third party;
● expired warranty period.
How to Claim Your Warranty
DICTOPRO strives to build every product with the highest attention to details and craftsmanship. However, sometimes there may be occurrences of defect. In such a case, we will proceed with one of the options below:
● replace the product with the same model (with new or refurbished item), or● issue a refund.
